NYSE: MAN) 是全球人力資源解決方案及服務的領導者，擁有 70 年服務經驗。憑藉 MAN 的全球聲譽及行業經驗，以提供全方位的人事服務為宗旨，並與跨國客戶和本地客戶建立深厚關係，贏得卓越的品牌知名度。 如果你 對人才召募及客戶服務有熱忱, 並樂於追求卓越,喜愛學習產業新知,歡迎加入! 我們有資深顧問手把手教導,無私傳授讓你成為專業獵頭! <Consultant Job Description> • Managing a pool of active and inactive professionals, topping up through recruiting channels, ad response and networking to create a function capable of delivering quickly and effectively to internal customers. • Do screening of candidates (phone/interview) and update applicants, building close relationships with target groups. • Gain industry domain knowledge for enhancing the conversation with professionals • Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates; job descriptions and expectation-setting • Creative approach to recruitment and ways to attract quality candidates. • Developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with the existing clients. • Providing clients with advice on market intelligence and offering them proper talent solutions. • Fulfilling recruiting needs of clients with professional prospects. <Qualification> • Skills in sales, business development, communication, client management, and relationship building. • 3~5 years working experience in sales, marketing, or HR recruiting in hi-tech, electronics or manufacturing industry. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethic, independent and self-motivated. • Adaptability to fast-pace working environment with high flexibility in solutions delivery • Ability to take action quickly, positive with "can do" attitude. • Willing to be trained with strong communication and persuasion skills.
