Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager for our fast-paced Business Development team, which plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and profit growth. As we work smart, not hard, we value results over effort. The Manager will lead a team of 3-5 individual contributors and work collaboratively to set aggressive goals of 100% YoY growth in either profit or revenue. Responsibility: Lead and inspire the team to achieve set goals. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, critical thinking and relentlessness. Recognize blind spots and guide team members toward breakthroughs through strategic questioning. Day-to-Day Activities: Supervise business growth by tracking leading indicators and adjusting strategies in real-time. Possess in-depth knowledge of key metrics to proactively address deviations from desired outcomes. Monitor daily sales, profit, and growth trends, analyzing both MoM and YoY metrics. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm efficiency improvements, embracing automation and optimized standard operating procedures (SOP). Monthly Business Review (MBR): Review team members' monthly operations reports in detail, providing constructive feedback and practical suggestions. Identify misalignments between conclusions and data, elevating the level of actionable insights. Compile comprehensive reports for presentation to GM and CEO, translating data into actionable strategies. Aggressive Goals: Embrace a growth mindset and aim for doubling business results.
