Onsite Google Banqiao Office Backend Developer Responsibility: 1. To build up system to collect data from Google's vendor or 3rd party. Develop the projects assigned by supervisor to meet the project goal. 2. Design and implement scalable and reliable high-efficient Backend services & APIs. Develop data collection and data processing system. 3. Collaborate w/ cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into Backend solutions. 4. Collaborate w/ Frontend developers to integrate Backend services w/ Frontend components. 5. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. 6. Optimize application for max. speed & scalability. 7. Ensure the security & data protection of the application. 8. Solve complex scalability, latency, and performance challenges in high-throughput, low-latency environments. 9. Communicate effectively w/ team members & stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions 10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies & architectures, proposing & implementing new solutions to improve engineering processes. 11. Annual salary: fixed 800K NTD and above + variable bonus公司地址:

Qualification: 1. BS/ MS in Computer Science or equivalent. 2. 5+ yrs relevant work exp. on Backend or Full-stack development 3. Exp. w/ Integrating 3rd party systems via Web Services API 4. Exp. w/ Unit test writing on Microservices. 5. Exp. on Frontend and Backend communication. 6. Mandatory Programming exp. in Java, Python and SQL 7. Hands-on coding in Java, Typescript, and Python on Unix/Linux environments. 8. Exp. w/ SW development skills such as multi-threading, performance optimization and debugging tool 9. Hands-on exp. in implementing from defining scope to design fulfillment. 10. Hands-on large system implementation exp. is preferred. 11. Hands-on one development framework like Flutter/Angular/GoFly etc. 12. Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan. 13. Familiar w/ programming Algorithms. Had experiences on optimizing the Algorithms of a system to reduce system latency 14. Bonus point: familiar w/ leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)/Machine Learning (ML) technologies to build an application 15. Nice to have Frontend development exp. using frameworks like AngularJS, TypeScript, etc. 16. Strong verbal & written communication skills. (Need English & Mandarin Skills) Fluent English speaking is required. Others: 1. Good verbal & written communication skills. (Mandarin & English) 2.
