About us: VICI Holdings’ is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our trading system. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, launch and feedback. The Product Manager will coordinate with technical and design teams, draft PRDs, and maintain our software tools. At VICI Holdings, a leader in high-frequency trading and market-making with cutting-edge FPGA technology, we are dedicated to refining trading strategies through advanced quantitative research. We operate a low-latency, fully automated trading system across various financial products, handling billions in global trading volume daily. Roles/ Responsibilities: • Lead the development and acceptance of trading system features, overseeing the product launch process. • Oversee trading system planning, including requirement analysis, product design, schedule tracking, launch, and feedback testing. Coordinate resources across teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches. • Responsible for drafting PRDs and liaising with technical and design teams. • Develop and maintain software tool repository. Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related majors with 3+ years of relevant work experience. • Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player. • Ability to understand requirements and independently produce system specification documents. • Multi-tasking ability with self-motivated and fast-paced learners. • Skilled in business correspondence and documentation. Other Requirement: • Basic working proficiency in English skills (oral and written) • Certificates and licenses of financial-related licenses or knowledge is a plus • Experience with software system architecture is a plus. • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
