Job Summary: As a Product Operations Specialist at Crescendo lab, you will play a critical role in optimizing our product development and release processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our product operations run smoothly, coordinating cross-functional efforts, gathering customer and product feedback, and implementing scalable processes to enhance the customer experience. This role bridges the gap between product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams, making sure that our products meet customer needs efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Product Launch Coordination: Work closely with PM, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to manage and streamline product launches, ensuring all necessary support and training materials are in place. Process Improvement: Design and optimize product-related processes (such as release workflows, customer onboarding, and feature adoption tracking) to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration and effective product delivery. Customer Feedback Loop: Establish and manage channels for capturing customer feedback, translating it into actionable recommendations for the product team, and closing the loop with customers. Support Escalation: Act as a point of escalation for support issues, working with engineering and product teams to resolve issues, analyze issue and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources (e.g., user feedback, product usage, support tickets) to provide actionable insights that influence product roadmaps and prioritization.
