## About Cube Cloud Management Platform (Cube CMP)
Cube CMP, our hybrid cloud management system built on Cube HCI, offers a seamless and tailored self-service experience. It delivers comprehensive cloud services through multi-tenant management, facilitating user-managed virtual hosts, Kubernetes clusters, file sharing, as well as network and security applications.
## Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an proactive and self-motivated developer to join our front-end team. Candidates should be comfortable leading their own initiatives from conception to completion and are expected to take responsibility and accountability for their productivity.
## Key Responsibilities
- Act as a frontend engineer within the RD team, maintaining the frontend codebase and contributing to feature implementation.
- Develop UI components using React to enhance the Cube Design Ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, backend engineers, QA specialists, and designers to realize innovative designs.
## Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React (hooks).
- Familiarity with React and core JavaScript concepts.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and knowledge of modern browser APIs.
- Proven record of problem-solving skills in frontend development.
- Provide direct feedback to design team on UX / usability concerns when necessary.
- Experience with any React state management tools such as Zustand, Redux, or Context API.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for collaborating across different time zones.
## Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
- Expertise with SASS or other CSS preprocessors.
- Proficiency with TypeScript (we use TypeScript in frontend projects).
- Experience with E2E testing frameworks and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of open infrastructure technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, containers, and VMs.
- Experience in web application development and contributions to open-source projects are valued.
