Job Description The Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions accordingly. The job requires using BI tools to manage data and dashboards and provide data analysis and report-writing services across the enterprise. Scope: • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses. • Create high-level visualizations and reports. • Help feature teams, MKT, and product teams to monitor campaigns performance. • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Roles and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with individuals throughout the organization to understand data visualizations needs for customer feedback. • Data source and integrity confirmation. • Cleaning the data ensures its accuracy. • Integrate data and use analytical tools for quantitative/ qualitative data analysis. • Refer to other data to confirm the correctness of the report. • Interpret analysis and communicate results effectively and provide critical data for key decision-making. • Constructs forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. • Seeks out, identifies, documents, and initiates resolutions to data quality issues that are discovered during report and analysis development. • Actively develops new tools and system enhancements, troubleshoots, and solves data issues. • Stay connected to industry trends, research, and recommend best practices and KPIs.公司地址:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience within an analytics position. • Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. • Familiarity with database like MySQL or BigQuery. • Familiarity with programming languages like Python. • Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical inference is a plus • Strong presentation skills - able to crisply visualize and present data and insights to the organization. • Ability to write reports and manage several projects concurrently. • Highly sensitive to data fluctuations. • Passionate about finding many insights from data and patient about working with complex data.-2024-09-17
