1. Business and finance performance steering • Collaborate with divisions and headquarters on developing business cases, financial and profitability simulations for new business opportunities. • Streamline product pricing and optimize profitability-sales equilibrium. • Assess business viability for sales & marketing campaigns, sales incentive schemes, and projects. • Monitor business development with BI reports and provide early warning for countermeasures. 2. Planning, forecasting & reporting • Ensure accurate planning and monthly rolling forecast on portfolio and P&L. • Ensure excellence in month-end closing & reporting, incorporating variance analysis and alignment with headquarters. • Deliver Board of Director presentations and shareholder reports. 3. Cost controlling • Strategically manage cost with precision and efficiency. • Collaborate with divisions and headquarters to ensure sufficient and fair allocation of budgets to support the business momentum. • Ensure adequate accrual management. 4. Portfolio risk management • Monitor portfolio and delinquent performance to uphold optimal risk levels. • Compliant with headquarter requirement on provisioning and reporting. • Ensure good reporting data quality and compliant processes for periodic headquarter risk review. 5. Business Intelligence (BI) • Manage, create and promote automatic & interactive BI reports with true data. • Drive reporting efficiency and accuracy with BI. • Manage the access rights to the BI reports. 6. Company strategy, people development and projects • Ensure the team is working towards the company strategy direction and supports company events. • Support people development and keep the high-performance team. • Conduct business case simulation for projects and ad-hoc topics.公司地址:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting related majors 2. Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and internal controls 3. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in finance, inclusive of managerial experience 4. Fluent in English and Mandarin communication, both verbal and written 5. Strong data analytics skills with knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau 6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and drive results 7. Fast adopt to changes, strategic thinking, and business acumen skills with strong finance sense 8.
