Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a sale target-driven environment, ideally in Martech/SaaS/Digital Marketing. Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Google Workspace products or Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and online marketing tools. We are building the team in Thailand and are looking for beginner members who will be a key part of the business and will be expected to be aware of being one of the core members of the Thailand team. Responsibilities Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations. Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential partners and clients to do business with the company. Work with team members to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Strategic Alignment - Connect with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize strategic target account lists within the defined territory. Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
