Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal colleagues like product owners or other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in new/revised applications or large/complex development projects.
- Collaborate with product owners and development team members to define new features and user stories for new or revised applications and large/complex development projects.
- Participate in code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each code increment aligns with the original vision described in the user story and adheres to standard resource libraries and architectural patterns.
- Address troubleshooting and support requests for production applications, performing quick fixes to maintain application availability.
- Engage in all team activities, including planning, grooming, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Mentor less experienced technical staff and utilize advanced development tools to assist or facilitate the development process.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis, and apply analysis/design engineering functions effectively. Exhibit expertise in non-functional software qualities such as resiliency and maintainability, and employ advanced behavior-driven testing techniques.

- Experience in handling high traffic /large scale/concurrency system.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience with microservice architectures.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
- Ability to work independently.
