Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop strategies that drive business growth in a competitive market. ◗ About the Role Turing Japan is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Associate to join our expanding Japan team. This key role, based in Japan, requires a dynamic individual who is fluent in Japanese and deeply familiar with the local market. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive our business objectives. As an early-stage team member, your problem-solving skills, innovative mindset, and ability to navigate challenges with a positive attitude will be essential to our success. ◗ What You'll Be Doing Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Leverage your knowledge of the Japanese market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets. Client Relationship Management: Actively engage with and support existing clients, understanding their needs and usage experiences to deepen and strengthen relationships. Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies and campaigns designed to attract and retain clients in Japan. Product and Service Development Input: Provide valuable insights into product and service offerings based on client feedback and market demand, helping to shape our offerings to better meet local needs. Represent the Company: Serve as an ambassador for Turing Japan at networking events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our products and services to potential clients and partners.
