【Who are we looking for?】 • Minimum 3 years of sales experience or at least 2 years working experience in software distributor/resellers. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Basic English writing and speaking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, resellers, distributors, and internal teams. • Proficiency in CRM software and other business management tools. • The candidate needs to be willing to travel within Taiwan as required. 【What will you do?】 Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. • Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals. • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. • Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Collaboration with Subsidiaries • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the headquarters and overseas branches to support global business initiatives. • Assist subsidiaries in identifying local business opportunities and developing tailored strategies for market penetration. • Provide training and support to subsidiary teams to ensure they understand and can implement the successful business strategies.公司地址:
