我們在台灣正在迅速擴張中，正在尋找一位 IT/MIS Director，負責 IT 架構設計、數位轉型、IT 團隊管理與零售 IT 營運，確保台灣零售門市與總部 IT 系統的穩定運行與發展

【職位職責】
🔹 IT 策略規劃：根據業務目標 設計並規劃 IT 架構，確保 IT 系統支援零售業務運營
🔹 IT 專案管理：帶領 IT 團隊與外部供應商 實施軟體、硬體與數據系統，確保專案如期完成
🔹 供應商管理：負責 IT 外部服務廠商的 評選、合約管理與績效監控
🔹 預算與成本控管：制定 IT 預算，優化 IT 成本效益，確保專案資金分配合理
🔹 IT 安全與合規：制定 IT 政策與安全標準，監控系統安全與法規遵循
🔹 應變與技術支援：建立 IT 備援機制、應變計畫，提供零售門市與總部技術支援
【職位要求】
✔ 10 年以上 IT 管理、系統管理或 IT 諮詢經驗，其中 至少 3 年管理經驗
✔ 具 全方位 IT 架構、網絡安全、數據管理 知識，能獨立規劃與管理 IT 需求
✔ 具 IT 部門管理經驗，包括 預算規劃、IT 專案管理、供應商管理
✔ 零售產業 IT 管理經驗者優先，熟悉 POS、ERP、CRM、電商系統者佳
✔ 熟悉 IT 服務供應商、生態系統，具備軟硬體供應商管理經驗
✔ 具 數位轉型經驗 者佳
✔ 流暢英文溝通能力，能與國際團隊協作
