About the job : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage our product portfolio and develop a cohesive product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision and requirements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products and solutions that meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. A Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving and optimizing product features and positioning to maintain the company's product portfolio excellence and achieve business targets. You will collaborate with the Business Manager to conduct research, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategies, identify the target audience, and determine the best way to meet their needs. You should maintain a long-term business perspective to translate this vision into actionable product plans that support annual growth targets. Additionally, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of the global marketplace and vertical applications, while fostering strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and challenging the status quo. The Product Manager is also responsible for go-to-market initiatives and coordinating execution. This includes planning and executing product launches, working with the marketing team to develop content and programs that empower channels, increase market awareness, and meet business targets for sales revenue and market leadership. To excel in this role, a Product Manager must be analytical, innovative, and strategic, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This highly matrixed position requires cultivating strong relationships across all function areas, including marketing, sales, operations, and engineering development. Responsibilities : • Understand and represent what the customer needs • Conduct competitor analysis & market research • Collaborate with Business Manager to translate business goal, market analytics, data and customer needs into actionable product strategies • Define comprehensive product requirement including prioritized features, detail specifications, ID/UX Design…etc • Manage the new product beta testing process and gather customer feedback • Collaborate with the Business Manager to develop a go-to-market strategy and coordinate product launch activities for a successful rollout • Content creation for product sales kit and training material • Manage the lifecycle of established product portfolio • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key customer inquiries, facilitate outstanding tenders or projects, and assist with regional marketing activities • Coordinate with OEM/ODM accounts to fulfill development requirements • Track product metrics, analyze sales data to dig into user trends, collect customer feedback and measure the product success • Overseas business travel may be required

Qualifications : Knowledge & Skill • Bachelor’s degree and 3~ years of product management experience • Possesses expertise in specific product development, product/solution areas, and understanding customer needs and usage • Superior product management skills and experience with appropriate management tools and methodologies • Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, especially across a matrix of functional teams and global organization • Excellent time management, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once • Extensive experience of product planning and management at international B2B or B2C companies • Professional content delivery and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Ability to lead taskforce to resolve complex problems, drive for results proactively • Make strategic prioritization decisions and communicate these priorities to stakeholders • Fluent Mandarin and English proficiency, both oral and writing Characteristic: • Exceptional strategic, forward and multi-perspective thinker • Professional and adept, with a fun spirit and a can-do/will-do attitude • Discovery-driven and independent to follow-through executional tasks • Passionate, agile and creative • Highly motivated self-starter, a change agent • Proactive team player and builder • Highly organized and perform well under pressure A Plus: • Strong Intellectual capacity with excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality. • Experience of AIDC product management or product marketing-2024-09-17
