You are expected to have: - 2+ years of marketing, product management, product marketing, or relevant work experience in the IT industry - Experience with video management systems, NVRs, IP cameras, or other surveillance products - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. As a Product Marketing Manager in the Surveillance Product Management team, you will be responsible for growing the surveillance solutions by establishing a compelling product value proposition and communicating it to our customers. How a product performs in the market is highly dependent on how well the planning for the product was done in advance. Behind each product should be a well-thought-out plan that ensures accurate product placement and exposure.  As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll need to be highly cross-functional. You will work closely with the product development team to define product positioning, analyze the market, and help with external communications. You will help shape the product's representation and successfully grow the product's user base. You will be responsible for working with product development, sales, regional marketing, and design teams to create a comprehensive product launch plan, ensuring solid execution to deliver the correct message to our customers. You will: - Be responsible for Synology’s industry-leading surveillance solutions, including Synology Surveillance Station, cameras, and more - Understand your products, define the target audience, and determine which messages should be delivered to customers through the appropriate channels - Perform market and customer research, dig into the details behind purchase decisions, find out how other competitors are positioning their products, and develop valuable market insight - Collaborate on the development and execution of the product’s go-to-market strategy and content marketing materials by working together with other teams - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and share the results with relevant teams - Support sales teams with competitive intelligence, customer insights, and product training
