Generative AI Engineer
薪資範圍:80,000 ~ 170,000 TWD / month
Job Responsibilities:
- Explore and implement applications of LLMs in education to optimize model performance and address specific scenarios.
- Participate in the design and development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems based on LLMs.
- Analyze large datasets of user behavior and video content to uncover user interests and develop algorithms to enhance user retention.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and technological trends in LLMs and apply these advancements to the educational sector.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive the iterative optimization of algorithms from a user experience perspective.
Position Requirements:
- Strong interest and curiosity in LLMs, education, and international applications. Willingness to drive the adoption of large models in practical applications.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience in recommendation systems or large language models is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python、Java or C++.
- Familiarity with training, evaluating, and optimizing large models. Prior project experience in this area is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
