Investment Manager/Sr. Investment Manager (Technology background)
Job Overview This is a full time position based in the company’s headquarter in Taiwan. This position will be involved in and contribute to all aspects of the Tech Fund investments from deal sourcing, evaluation and execution, fundraising LP relations management , to portfolio management. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Research potential deal opportunities, and gather information from the target company, industry experts, customers, etc. to identify/engage those potential deal opportunities. 2. Perform fundamental deal analysis, transaction structuring and seeing through the entire process till completion of the transaction as well as undertake all financial modelling for project analysis, development and evaluation. 3. Perform DD, coordinating with all project stakeholders (client and partners), resolving/mediating issues during the DD, etc. 4. Prepare investment recommendations and other internal documents that form part of the investment process. 5. Assist and support portfolio companies from recruiting to sales & marketing to fundraising and administrative and financial issues so to protect and increase the value of the company’s investment. 6. Build relationships with stakeholders within the startup community and industries. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.公司地址:

1.BS degree or higher in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, or other scientific disciplines is must. 2. 5+ years of experience in venture capital/PE, investment banking, or CVC and with solid technology-based industry experience. Preferably, candidates should also have relevant experience in international investment. 3.Fluent in written and spoken English. 4. Able to travel abroad as required. 5. A good understanding of financial statements and valuations. 6. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and in teams.-2024-09-17
