薪資範圍:60,000 ~ 80,000 TWD / month
Requirements
- Perform server testing, including OS compatibility, hardware validation, BIOS, UEFI, and BMC testing
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks
- Maintain broad knowledge of server infrastructure, hardware technologies, and industry standards
- Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective actions to minimize impact
- Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English to collaborate across teams
- Adapt to a fast-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- Lead and mentor junior contractors in daily testing activities
- Perform hands-on testing execution and validation
- Assist the Test Lead in creating test cases and test plans
- Support basic test scope sizing and effort estimation
- Track and manage defects throughout their lifecycle using bug tracking tools
