Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. ● At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources ● Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience onboarding & training large teams ● Prior experience in startup tech companies ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA ● Familiarity with Slack, Google Docs Valtec is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Recruiting & Onboarding ● Coordinate job postings and sourcing candidates ● Screen resumes ● Schedule & Conduct interviews ● Put together employment offer packages ● Conduct reference and background checks Employee Administration & Support ● Maintain accurate employee records, staff files, and other HR documentation ● First point of contact for employees who have any questions or concerns regarding contracts, paperwork, and extended leaves of absence ● Prepare onboarding & training schedules and meetings Benefits Administration ● Handle any queries and administration tasks related to employee benefits & perks, including healthcare, pensions, retirement plans, and vacation time. ● Analyzing competitors’ compensation & benefits packages so the organization can attract top talent through an attractive rewards strategy. Employee Relations ● Facilitate manager/employee relations and train managers how to give feedback, build, and maintain strong relationships with their team. ● Plan and implement employee activities such as year-end parties, off-site meetings, and team building exercises ● Notify management and advise on how the company should proceed on sexual harassment, gender discrimination, age discrimination, race discrimination, and national origin discrimination claims. ● Notify management of employee misconduct ● Support management with termination of employees ● Conduct exit interviews when employees leave to help improve the organization Performance Management ● Work with managers to create performance management plans and oversee the entire process including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Compliance ● Ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations, manage risk, and update HR records to ensure they are accurate. ● Work with immigration for visas for foreign hires Training & Development ● Develop and implement employee programs including orientation programs, skills development training and workshops, leadership training, coaching, and more. Other responsibilities: ● Help define the organizational structure best suited for the company’s needs. ● Communicate the company’s message to the employees. ● Align organizational values with employee behavior to ensure the organization fosters a positive and productive work environment. ● Light administrative duties公司地址:
