Team Leadership & Resource Management:・Lead a high-performing team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and other key areas to drive the team toward achieving organizational goals.・The team’s primary scope of work includes PR, Lifecycle Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Marketing. Execute hands-on marketing tasks as needed to maintain momentum while building out the team.・Manage design and creative needs, coordinating with freelance designers, agencies, and partners to ensure brand consistency. 2. Strategic Planning & Goal Setting:・Collaborate with leadership to set long-term marketing and business goals, creating a growth-oriented strategy that aligns with AlfredCamera’s objectives for user acquisition, retention, and revenue. 3. User Acquisition & Growth:・Drive acquisition across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, ASO, SEO, and influencer partnerships, optimizing for installs and quality users.・Identify and explore new growth opportunities, staying current with digital marketing trends and competitive strategies. 4. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:・Develop and oversee retention strategies that guide users through onboarding, activation, and re-engagement, turning new users into loyal customers.・Use data insights to create personalized messaging across channels, enhancing user experience and reducing churn. 5. Revenue Growth & Customer Value Optimization:・Implement initiatives to drive upsells and increase customer lifetime value (LTV), working closely with Product to align marketing with feature rollouts.・Refine customer touchpoints based on insights from Customer Support, Product, and Analytics. 6. Performance Tracking & Optimization:・Monitor key metrics (CPI, LTV, CAC, retention) across campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.・Report on performance regularly, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.公司地址:
