Product Manager

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, designers, and other IT talents to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic priorities and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and development plans.
- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and solicit input for product improvements.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics Management, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams in software development or IT projects.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope, while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
- Experience with agile development practices, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
- Familiarity with product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, personas, and prototyping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
