[Job Overview] The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating a wide range of projects essential to the successful development and scaling of our business and SaaS platform. This position is critical in managing project timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall business objectives. The Project Manager will support various teams—product, engineering, business development, and customer success—to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment. [Key Responsibilities] Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects, including product development initiatives, customer discovery, and operational improvements. Coordinate cross-functional teams—product, engineering, business development, and customer success—to deliver projects that meet business goals. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables, aligning with the company’s strategic vision for the SaaS platform. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring that any changes to project scope or timelines are communicated effectively. Facilitate team meetings, including weekly workstream meeting, planning meeting, and project reviews, to ensure alignment and address potential blockers. Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and proactively manage potential issues to keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting status, progress, and any areas of concern to senior management. Collaborate with the product team to ensure customer needs and feedback are incorporated into the product loop and customer discovery process. Organize and lead workstream meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared for the meeting. Monitor project performance metrics to ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and alignment with business goals. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving. [Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management or related roles. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. [Preferred Skills] Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday, Click Up, Asana, Jira). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
