Position Summary:
As a Data Analyst (Marketing) at CreatorDB, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting user and market data to gather insights, inform marketing strategies, and establish thought leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, analyze, and interpret wealth of data into clear and actionable insights for marketing optimizations.
- Visualize data in compelling formats to communicate to stakeholders and establish thought leadership.
- Lead data-driven initiatives that inform content ideation, audience growth and strategic improvements..
- Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders to determine meaningful insights that drive content strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in influencer marketing and data analysis to enhance CreatorDB’s marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, SaaS platforms, or B2B marketing strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis to generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to comprehend and integrate information effectively with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional storyteller, skilled in crafting compelling narratives from data insights.
- Highly autonomous, responsible, and accountable, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
- You are a naturally curious individual who enjoys questioning and challenging the status quo.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and key data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g. BigQuery).
- Proficiency in data visualization & business intelligence tools, such as Mixpanel, Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
