As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing requirements. This role requires a combination of salesmanship, relationship-building skills, and industry expertise to successfully match candidates with the right opportunities. Responsibilities: • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience and promote long-term partnerships. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our CRM system. • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics set by management.公司地址:

Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong willingness to learn recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency or corporate environment would be a plus.
