Technical Manager (work in Japan)
薪資範圍:4,000,000 ~ 7,000,000 JPY / year
1. Engage in project development in the current role
2. Gradually receive training and guidance to transition into a Technical Manager role with responsibilities such as:
- Overseeing project development, leadership, quality, and timely delivery.
- Coordinating resources, preparing project teams for launch, ensuring effective completion of project milestones, controlling project scope, and minimizing risks.
- Maintaining continuous communication with business partners and IT leaders to review project requirements, assess scope, facilitate prioritization, provide status updates, and plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks and objectives.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities with sales teams and supporting them in gathering requirements to develop solutions aligned with a strong value proposition.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Japanese or Vietnamese residing in Japan
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT software field (e.g., development, business analysis, bridge software engineering, project management)
- Proficiency in Japanese; proficiency in other languages is a plus. For Vietnamese applicants, having a Japanese language certification (N2-N1) is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, flexibility, and business acumen
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a technical management or equivalent position
- Experience in pre-sales and working directly with customers
- Ability to speak additional languages, especially English
Location:
- Anywhere in Japan; residing in Tokyo is advantageous
