AI Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our fashion styling startup, where you will play a crucial role in building cutting-edge AI models that leverage generated foundational models to revolutionize the fashion industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in machine learning to develop personalized styling solutions that cater to individual preferences and fashion trends. 1. AI Model Development: Utilize AI foundational models, such as GPT-4 or similar, as a starting point to rapidly build AI models specific to fashion styling. These models should understand and interpret fashion-related data, including clothing items, accessories, trends, and customer preferences.
2. Data Collection and Preprocessing: Work closely with our data team to collect, clean, and preprocess diverse fashion-related datasets. Ensure data quality and relevance to train robust and accurate AI models.
3. Algorithm Design and Implementation: Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms that enable personalized fashion recommendations and styling advice based on user inputs, historical data, and real-time fashion trends.
4. Model Training and Optimization: Train and fine-tune AI models using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques. Optimize model performance, generalization, and efficiency to deliver fast and accurate fashion styling recommendations.
5. Integration and Deployment: Collaborate with our engineering team to seamlessly integrate AI models into our fashion styling platform. Ensure reliable and scalable deployment of AI solutions to meet the needs of a growing user base.
6. Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI models and apply updates and improvements as needed to ensure the highest level of accuracy and user satisfaction.
7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and fashion technology to incorporate cutting-edge methodologies into our AI solutions.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A specialization or relevant coursework in machine learning or artificial intelligence is preferred. (for interns, student of Bachelor's or Master's degree)
2. Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision domains.
3. Programming Proficiency: Proficient in Python and experienced with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
4. Problem-Solving and Independence: Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions. Capable of working independently and proactively without detailed instructions.
5. Growth Mindset and Team Collaboration: Open to feedback and eager to improve by incorporating it. A strong team player able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and designers. Comfortable taking on diverse roles in a dynamic startup environment.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey findings, ideas, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Time Management and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with frequent iterations, including remote collaboration.
8. Specialization: A focus or prior internship experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
9. Generative AI Expertise: Familiarity with generative AI models is a significant advantage.
