Description:
Project Manager/Business Process Analyst (BPA) will drive various business and technical activities, work with the business team to gather requirements, analyze the requirements, apply process and system knowledge, translate business requirements to technical specifications, review with the technical implementation teams, test the application, and get back sign-off from stakeholders.
Scope of Work:
-Support the global business requirement for customer-facing mini-services
-Conduct and coordinate AI projects using AI services such as Semantic Search, Microsoft Azure. Microsoft Power Platform, OpenAI GP
-Online Help Center - product documentation repository(D365)
-AI Eureka Search - Search function for AI companion
-Other business support related services and tools
Responsibility:
-Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
-Develop detailed project plan and track progress.
-Manage the relationship, user expectation and perception with all stakeholders.
-Facilitating workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
-Perform or coordinate application configuration, deployment, integration, maintenance, enhancement.
Additional requirements:
-Working experiences of business analysis or system analysis role.
-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver business results with minimum supervision.
-Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.
-Ability to communicate fluently in English.
-Detail-oriented candidate with patience.
