As we expand, we are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Product Management and AI Applications.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic, customer-focused, and innovative Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of features and solutions within our SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs, user requirements, and technical execution, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-value products for our customers and internal teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in both Taiwan and the US, you will plan and execute on product vision, development, and go-to-market strategies to solidify our platform as the leader in AI-driven influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for the SaaS platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, competitor analysis and our database of influencer marketing data to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Work closely with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing and other teams to define requirements, ensure alignment, and deliver successful product releases.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating high-level concepts into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Test every stage of our product to ensure delivery meets product requirements and expectations.
- Maintain documentation of our product for internal and external users.
- Partner with marketing and internal product teams to plan product launches, create messaging, and ensure adoption among target customers.
- Define success metrics for features and products, tracking performance post-launch and identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the product, presenting updates and insights to stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
- Continuously refine product management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration within and across teams.
- Ensure all product development adheres to relevant privacy, security, and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company or similar tech environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, subscription models, and customer retention strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders and articulating complex ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms. - Use of Figma or other design tools a plus.
- Knowledge of modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and how they can enhance SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in English and flexibility to coordinate across US time zones.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
