【職位職責】

🔹 技術領導：負責工程團隊的技術決策與架構設計，確保系統穩定、高效可擴展
🔹 團隊管理：帶領開發團隊，負責需求釐清、工作分配、Code Review 及技術指導
🔹 產品開發：與團隊設計並實現高可讀性、可維護性與高可用性的系統
🔹 技術創新：學習並引進新技術，持續優化系統與開發流程
🔹 專案協作：與產品、設計及行銷團隊合作，確保產品符合市場需求

【職位要求】

✔ 技術經驗：5年以上軟體開發經驗，3年以上帶領工程團隊經驗
✔ 專案管理：具備良好溝通能力與專案管理經驗，能有效協調跨部門合作
✔ 技術能力：熟悉後端 PHP（Laravel）、前端 Vue3，具備全端開發能力佳
✔ 資料庫管理：熟悉 SQL 與關聯式資料庫設計
✔ 系統環境：熟悉 Mac / Linux 操作指令，熟練 Git 版本控制
✔ 自動化測試：具備 Unit Test、Acceptance Test 開發經驗
✔ 雲端技術：熟悉 GCP / AWS，具 DevOps / SRE 經驗佳
