【職位職責】

🔹 數據管道與整合：開發 ETL/ELT 管道，收集並處理來自製造、銷售、供應鏈及市場分析系統的數據
🔹 數據庫管理：設計並管理數據庫，儲存和組織生產、庫存及銷售數據，並優化查詢和報告效率
🔹 數據分析支持：提供結構化清潔的數據支持分析，協助提升生產效率、分析市場趨勢與銷售表現
🔹 數據質量與驗證：確保數據準確性，定期進行數據審核與驗證
🔹 性能與可擴展性：優化數據管道與存儲系統，應對來自製造線與市場數據來源的增長數據量
🔹 合規性與安全性：確保數據系統遵循行業規範與最佳實踐，保障敏感數據的隱私與安全

【職位要求】

✔ 3-5 年數據工程相關經驗，優先考慮製造業、零售業或類似行業的經驗
✔ 熟練使用數據可視化工具：例如 Tableau、Power BI
✔ 精通 Python、Airflow，有良好的編程能力
✔ 熟悉 SQL，具備關聯式及非關聯式數據庫經驗
✔ 具大數據工具經驗：如 Apache Spark、Hadoop、Kafka
✔ 了解 ETL/ELT 流程與數據建模
✔ 雲端平台經驗：熟悉 AWS、Azure 或 Google Cloud
✔ 學士或碩士學位：計算機科學、數據工程或相關領域
✔ 基本的英語口語與書面溝通能力
✔ 高標準的道德操守、責任感和可靠性
