Analog IC Design Senior Engineer
Job Description: (1) High-speed ADC/DAC design. (a) Research different ADC architectures (including DSM, SAR, Pipeline etc.) (b) Build an ideal model of ADC (c) Realize blocks in circuit level (d) Layout floorplanning (e) Postlayout simulation (f) Cosim with Verilog blocks (g) Verify/debug functionality in measurements (h) Understanding the trend of recently ADCs design is plus (2) Analog and RF circuit design. (3) Familiarize with high-speed serial link circuit design. (4) Serdes design including RX CTLE/DFE, clock/data recovery circuit, TX driver. (5) High-frequency low jitter phase-locked loop design. Skills in any of the following is a plus: -Well knowledge of CMOS transistor-level design -Experience with design and validation of data converters -Good understanding of mixed-signal circuits, such as LDOs, bandgap references, advanced OPAMP, comparators, filters, etc. -Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concept/analysis, such linearity/speed enhancement, mismatch mitigation, noise improvement, etc -Experience with Virtuoso/Spectre/AMS -programming skills in either python or c++-2024-09-17
