Description of Talent Job Requirement職務說明 1. 5+ years experiences in ASIC/SOC mixed-signal circuitry design is a plus 2. Experienced on any multiple design of following analog IPs: IO, band-gap, DLL, PLL, POR, Comparator/Amplifier, ADC,DAC analog circuit design, modification, testing/,validation. 3. Familiar with IO circuit design, Latch up/ESD protection mechanism , signal integrity quality control ,power , and IR drop 4. Familiar with Analog, memory IP, special circuitry library cell behavioral model 5. Solid discipline to perform flow of Analog design, layout plan and layout review, post-sim, modification for target and margin 6. Familiar with analog design flow and analog IP integration on SoC, power plan, performance ,cross talk is a plus 7. Experience with SoC failure mode on EMMI/ORBICH methodology and debug strategy 8. Familiar analogy IP behavior model and timing lib creation or modification for SoC integration is a plus 9. Good team work and new technology learner spitits 10. English communication capability is a must 11. Able to write design document , test report and failure analysis report structurally in English and Chinese公司地址:

Our analog design contents are the following 1)ASIC project Develop a customized ASIC which may have analog and digital to be developed inquired by a system company. Customer may have their desired system specification, however we will develop the system specification into IC design spec. including analog and digital. Then perform analog design, simulation ( and internal layout team do the layout) post-sim analog integration, sample verification /test , test report to compare with specification. ECO if needed. Digital will be done digital engineering team from specification to design, integration, APR, sample verification. • Interface with customer on specifications, architecture, report out design progress to customer. • Interface with customer during sample verification stage, future customer support example Q&A • Interface with internal/layout engineers /testing engineer (test program development) • 2) Customer’s Turnkey analog IP development Specification, design, pre-sim. post-sim, document, support integration IPs like POR, OSC,Low power LDO, PLL, Voltage detect, LDO, ADC/DAC, PGA, Temperature sensor… similar to ASIC major analog blocks. 3) If a manager or director role additional management tasks -Recruit engineers, architecture design, technical communication with customers, cross departments, database management - Assign tasks and specification to analog designs, and coach designers, review design and manage schedule and quality - Preventive risks management on design ,data and people-2024-09-17
