薪資範圍:1,400,000 ~ 1,700,000 TWD / month
• Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Learning Model Development:
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to address key business problems.
- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Data Analysis and Feature Engineering:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify meaningful features for modeling.
- Preprocess, cleanse, and normalize data to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning pipelines.
• Model Deployment and Monitoring:
- Train and deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor model performance over time and implement strategies for retraining and improvement.
• Research and Innovation:
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.
- Conduct research and develop novel methodologies and algorithms that address unique business challenges and drive competitive advantage.
- At our company, you will be expected to innovate and propose new approaches not previously developed, contributing to the generation of intellectual property (IP) that supports the organization’s long-term goals.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Document all aspects of the machine learning workflow, including data preparation, model development, and evaluation.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
1. Educational Background:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Experience:
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data science, including developing and deploying machine learning models.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and key data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. PyTorch preferred
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and model tracking tools (e.g., W&B).
• Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and explaining complex concepts.
- Must be able to speak in English at a professional level
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with full machine learning pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes for managing machine learning deployments.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to advanced techniques in natural language processing (NLP).
- Comfortable in fast-paced or startup environments.
