We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in e-commerce and stakeholder management, particularly with an operational focus. The ideal candidate should have strong English and Mandarin communication skills and be capable of leading the product delivery of an e-commerce platform and a data management initiative related to retail channels.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and execute product strategies, ensuring successful market penetration and customer satisfaction. The candidate must possess the ability to navigate complex environments, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and persistently drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with both local Mandarin-speaking teams and global English-speaking teams.
• Define core business processes and best practices to ensure operational efficiency for the new product.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, aligning them with the product strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals, with a focus on e-commerce and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the product development cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for product enhancements in the e-commerce space.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions on product development and direction.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing stakeholders from executive levels to individual contributors.
• Extensive background in e-commerce, with experience in product development and management.
• Strong operational focus with experience in defining and optimizing business processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
• A robust work ethic with the determination to drive progress even in challenging situations.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in product management with a successful track record of taking products from concept to launch.
• Experience in market research, user experience design, and product development.
• A strong understanding of startup environments and early-stage product development.
