About the Opportunity
As a (Sr.) Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality results and user adoption. You will be responsible for defining product features, developing and launching new products, and working closely with R&D, marketing, and business teams. Your role involves analyzing product performance and devising market strategies to enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in product development or product management, including at least 1 year in the crypto industry. A graduate degree in engineering, business management, or marketing is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with app product management and web technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for trading platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and marketing) to develop innovative trading products that meet user needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to continuously enhance the trading experience.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor key product metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and trading products (e.g., stocks, futures, options, cryptocurrencies).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic product decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms or DeFi products is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and familiarity with trading algorithms.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or scaling a product from the ground up is preferred.
