Data Health Specialist
薪資範圍:1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 TWD / year
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Accuracy and Validation:
Continuously monitor and validate the accuracy of data across systems to ensure its reliability.
• Statistical Analysis:
Perform statistical analysis on datasets to detect anomalies, patterns, and inconsistencies, diagnosing potential bugs or issues.
• Data Quality Assessment:
Define and enforce standards for data quality to ensure it meets the needs of AI models and business applications.
• Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate the underlying causes of data inaccuracies and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
• Collaboration with AI Teams:
As part of the AI Applications Team need to understand the data requirements for machine learning models and other AI applications.
• Database and Pipeline Oversight:
- Use SQL to query and analyze data directly.
- Ensure data pipelines are functioning correctly and troubleshoot issues when discrepancies are found.
- Know how to use MongoDB to query and analyze data
• Automation and Reporting:
Develop scripts or workflows (e.g., using Python or R) to automate statistical checks, generate insights, and improve efficiency.
• System Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation, including diagrams and descriptions of data flow and dependencies, to support transparency and reproducibility.
1. Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management.
- Solid programming skills, particularly in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and tools (e.g., NumPy, pandas, SciPy, or statistical packages in R).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Understanding of machine learning workflows and AI data requirements is a must.
2. Data Science Background:
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including statistical and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of key statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis) for data quality assessment.
3. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven ability to detect anomalies and resolve complex data issues.
- Experience with data validation techniques and creating automated processes to ensure data accuracy.
4. Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights and quality issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Must be able to speak in English at a professional level.
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in data science, statistics, or related field (Master's degree or higher).
- Familiarity with cloud databases and systems like Firestore, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms.
- Experience in data engineering or working with APIs is a plus.
• Experience:
- 3 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and data quality initiatives.
